Krzysztof Kopczyński in the "The Association of Polish Filmmakers Film Magazine" »

In the new "SFP Film Magazine" (Nr. 4 – Summer 2008) an article entitled "Raport o polskim filmie dokumentalnym" (Polish Documentary Film Report) written by Anna Romanowska-Wróblewska and Iwona Burzyńska was published. It treats the Polish documentary film situation in 2007 , in which productions financed be the Polish Film Institute have been shown in cinemas and festivals. The article also talks about subjects discussed at last years Cracow Film festival. Among those asked to speak for the article is Krzysztof Kopczyński.
"My Kieslowski" qualified for the "Amsterdam Shorts" festival

The film "My Kieslowski" directed by Irina Wołkowa took part in the International Film Festival "Amsterdam Shorts" in the international competition, which was the main part of the festival. The event took place from the 28th of May till the 1st of June in Amsterdam.

Screenings of the "Russia-Poland. New Gaze" project at "Halo!gen" in Gliwice

On the 31st of May, 6 films made under the "Russia-Poland. New Gaze" project – "7 x Moscow", "The Seeds", "The Suburban Train", "The Sacred", "The First Day", "52 Percent", were shown to the audience in Gliwice. The screening was organized by the Gliwice Cultural Center "Halo!gen", as part of a series of events whose mission is to promote to the residents of Gliwice and the whole region – modern Polish Culture and art at a high level. This years "Halo!gen" took place from the 30-31 of May in the industrial buildings of an Old Wire Factory on the Dobra 22 street.

The film review took place in Warsaw on the 27th of May 2008. It was organized by the Arkana Studio and the Polish Film Institute with the help of the Polish Public Television, Channel 2.
