"Stone Silence" and "Kites" on festival Crossroads of Europe

Two movies produced by Eureka Media took part in film festival "Crossroads of Europe".- "Kites" by Beata Dzianowicz and "Stone Silence" by Krzysztof Kopczyński. 10th edition of the event took place from 22nd to 26th of April 2009. "Stone Silent" was screened on 22nd of April at 1 p.m. and "Kites" on 23rd of April at 5 p.m.

Channel TVP Kultura shown on 13th of April documentary movie "The Art of Silence" about prof. Jerzy Mierzejewski. The film was directed by Rafael Lewandowski and Eureka Media was its executive producer. Review of the movie was published in Gazeta Wyborcza on 11th of April.

"Kites" on WATCH DOCS film festival

"Kites" - documentary movie by Beata Dzianowicz - was shown on 3rd of April 2009 in School of Humanities and Journalism in Poznań. The screening took place due to the 7th Travelling Film Festival WATCH DOCS. The event visits many different cities and presents documentary films that were screened on the VIII International Film Festival Human Rights in Film WATCH DOCS in December 2008 in Warsaw.

At the end of March legendary Iluzjon cinema was back to life for one evening. It happened due to a premiere of documentary movie "The Art of Silence" directed by Rafael Lewandowski and produced by Eureka Media for Channel TVP Kultura. This movie is a portrait of professor Jerzy Mierzejewski, painter and exceptional teacher, long-term dean of Polish National Film School in Łódź, who has become an authority for many generations of film directors and cinematographers.

"Kites"

"Kites" at "Films de Femmes" festival in France

Our latest production "Kites" (dir. Beata Dzianowicz) took part in the 31st edition of “Films de Femmes” – International women’s film festival. The event took place from March 13th till 22nd in Creteil, France. “Kites” was screened in the full-length documentaries competition, competing for the Anna Politkowska’s prize.
