"Stone Silence"
The film "Stone Silence" has qualified for the 20th edition of the International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam which took place form the 22nd of November till the 2nd of December 2007.
"Stone Silence" was screened in the “Reflecting Images” section. Reflecting Images is an international panorama of documentaries that have recently made an impact at international festivals (Best of the Fests), owing to their form or themes (Panorama). Reflecting Images also follows the work of documentary authors (Masters). Films presented in this section competing for the audience award IDFA.
IDFA is one of the most important documentary film festivals in the world. Every year since 1988 more then 250 films are presented at the festival. The event is addressed to film enthusiasts as well as people professionally connected with film (film makers, producers, people and institutions buying and financing productions). This years edition is very special since it is the festivals 20th anniversary. It is taking place between the 22nd of November and the 2nd of December.
